Royal Enfield has again given perfect news for the Guerrilla 450 lovers with a striking new dual-tone paint scheme called Shadow Ash, priced at ₹2.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The new variant was introduced at the brand’s GRRR Nights X Underground event in Pune, organised in partnership with Tapaswi Racing. The event featured drag runs, drift showcases, as well as live street performances, adding to the buzz around the roadster.
The Shadow Ash color gives the Guerrilla 450 a stealth-inspired look and comes in matte olive green fuel tank and blacked-out detailing across its frame and components. Royal Enfield says this design is meant to highlight the bike’s muscular and urban roadster appeal. The new color option is available with the Dash and Tripper Dash variants, the latter featuring a TFT display with Google Maps integration and smartphone connectivity.
Under the hood, the Guerrilla 450 remains unchanged. It continues to use the 452cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Sherpa engine, just as the Himalayan. On the engine side, it produces 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm at 5,500 rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and slip-and-assist clutch. Riders also get two riding modes, Eco and Performance, to accompany in multiple conditions.
The bike gets a steel twin-spar frame and comes with 43mm telescopic forks offering 140mm travel at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock with 150mm travel at the rear. Talking about the breaking system, it is handled by a 310mm disc with a dual-piston caliper at the front and a 270mm disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear, supported by standard dual-channel ABS. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with wide CEAT tyres—120-section at the front and a segment-leading 160-section at the rear.
With a kerb weight of 185 kg and ground clearance of 169 mm, the Guerrilla 450 blends everyday usability with sporty handling. Along with Shadow Ash, buyers can also pick from other colour options such as Brava Blue, Yellow Ribbon, Gold Dip, Playa Black, Peix Bronze, Smoke Silver, and more.
The latest update shows Royal Enfield’s continued focus on keeping its line-up fresh with new styling choices, while retaining the proven performance and character that has made the Guerrilla 450 popular among young riders.
