Case on 3 in gang rape case with two real sisters, police has registered the case

Ayodhya: A case has been registered against three people in the gangrape case of two real sisters of a village of Bikapur Kotwali. The victim’s side alleges that the police have registered a case after getting the Tahrir changed. The aggrieved party had earlier filed a complaint against four people. The police have termed the allegation of the aggrieved party as baseless.

According to the Kotwali police, a case has been registered against 3 people including two named and one unknown under the sections of gang rape, POCSO Act, Dalit Act, beating, threatening and abusing. The father told that his two daughters had gone to Sherpurpara market on Monday evening. While returning home from there, four youths already present near the village took both of them to the sugarcane field where they raped.

Both were also threatened with death for complaining about the incident. On reaching home, both the daughters told their past. After which the police was informed. Police have registered a case against Bhailal Yadav, Tribhavan Yadav and an unknown under various sections.

SP Rural Atul Sonkar, Circle Officer Pramod Kumar also reached Kotwali on Tuesday evening and got information from the victim’s side regarding the gangrape case of two real sisters. The police is engaged in the investigation and arrest of the named accused. Kotwal Sumit Srivastava has termed the allegation of getting the Tahrir changed as baseless. He said that efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
