In it he said, ‘I am Circle Officer Brij Bihari Kumar Father-Rajnath Ram, Village- Tarachak, Post- Budgaon, Police Station- Azimabad, District- Bhojpur. In the application, the CO alleged that at 9 am on January 10, he came to the main gate of Power Plant Chausa to organize a gathering for anti-social elements. The workers working in the plant could not enter because of their performance. The operation of the plant was disrupted and he informed his senior officer.

That is why Ashwini alias Anshu Kumar Choubey, Ashok Tiwari, Munna Tiwari, Krishnakant Tiwari, Nandakishore Tiwari, Gaurav Rai, Sunil Tiwari, Nagendra Tiwari, Sakeen (village) Banarpur, who were leading the crowd present there, were all panicked. After abusing the officers and policemen present there, they started pushing and shoving. He wrapped the handkerchief around my neck with the intention of killing me. With this he started to suffocate. Apart from them, 24 people including Narendra Tiwari, Brijesh Rai, Dheeraj Tiwari, Sunil Tiwari, Anoop Singh, Bhairav ​​Rai and Amit Tiwari were present in the crowd. There were at least 300 unidentified people who somehow managed to escape from there.

Meanwhile, the farmers say they have been on strike for the past several days demanding compensation. But the government did not heed his words. The police forcefully removed them from the picket site. Cops from West Police Station raided several houses in Banarpur village late at night and created ruckus. Men and women were brutally beaten. Following this, the locals became enraged and on the second day they besieged the main gate. They demanded action against the policemen but got sticks and bullets instead. The police used batons. The police also opened fire. The farmers were very angry with this. Many vehicles were burnt in the clash between the two factions.
