Army Chief General Manoj Pandey said on the occasion of Army Day that the situation in the northern border areas is normal. We are ready to face any scenario by maintaining strong defense in LAC. All types of arms, equipment and facilities are provided to jawans in sufficient quantity. Meanwhile, regarding drones and ceasefire violations in areas along the border with Jammu and Kashmir, General Manoj Pandey said the ceasefire along the Line of Control in the western border areas is secure and ceasefire violations have reduced. . But the terrorist infrastructure across the border is still intact. Smuggling of arms and drugs through drones continues along the Jammu-Punjab international border.
