Actually, the video was shot from a vehicle running behind the bike. After this, it was uploaded on social media. From there this video started going viral. An investigation has been launched into the viral video. Hazratganj police recovered the scooty. After this it reached its driver. The accused driver was arrested on Wednesday morning. A case has been registered against the boy for allegedly spreading obscenity in the streets of the capital.

Lucknow Central Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police Aparna Rajat Kaushik confirmed about the viral video. He had said that the video was from Lucknow and was taken in Hazratganj area. A police team has been deputed to search for the scooty passengers. The police are also checking the CCTV footage of nearby cameras to nab both of them. According to the police, action will be taken against him under the Motor Vehicle Act and for spreading obscenity.
A senior police officer said the duo’s behavior not only crossed the limits of decency and social behaviour. It is also an offense under the Motor Vehicle Act. An investigation has been started after the arrest of the accused youth. It has been proved that the girl is a minor.
