Prayagraj: In an important decision on Monday, the Allahabad High Court said that 15 percent of the school fees collected from children will be waived during the Corona period. This decision of the court will be a big relief for the parents who are facing financial crisis due to Corona.

The decision was taken by a bench comprising Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice JJ Munir. The order was on the petition of the children’s parents. The petition will be heard on January 6. The parents of the children had argued that the lockdown was imposed in the year 2020-21 due to Corona. Schools were closed during this time and children only had online education. As the children did not go to school, they did not even get the facilities provided in the school. But even after this the schools were charging the full fee every month.
