Tata Motors announced that it will be raising prices across all ranges from today

After a big show at the 2023 Auto Expo with the unveiling of the Jimny and Fronx, Maruti Suzuki has announced that it will be raising prices across all ranges from today. In early December, Maruti Suzuki announced that it would raise prices for 2023.

“Regarding prior communications to December 2, 2022, the company today announced a price increase for all models,” Maruti Suzuki said in an official statement.

“The expected weighted average rate of increase across models is about 1.1%. These indicated figures have been calculated using Ex Showroom prices for models in Delhi and are effective from 16 January 2023.”

It has become common for car makers to raise prices at the beginning of the year, and sometimes to raise prices several times a year.
