New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut has taken a dig at filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, sharing an old video of the filmmaker in her Insta story.
Kangana Ranaut has written that her real name is not Mahesh, but ‘Aslam’. Kangana also asked why the filmmakers are hiding their ‘beautiful name’. He further said, Mahesh Bhatt should use his real name and not represent any religion. When he did ‘conversion’.
Kangana took to Instagram Stories to share a purported video of Mahesh Bhatt in a series of clips. The actress made her Bollywood debut with the 2006 film Gangster. The film was produced by Mahesh Bhatt. It is clearly visible in the video that Mahesh has expressed his ‘real name’ and his feelings about Islam.
Sharing another clip from the same video, Kangana wrote, “I am told that his (Mahesh Bhatt) real name is Aslam… He converted to marry his second wife (Soni Razdan)… Shared by Kangana, another clip with Mahesh’s name read, “He should use his real name, when he has converted…”
Let us tell you that in 2020, Kangana accused Mahesh of assaulting her, when she rejected the film of her daughter filmmaker and actor Pooja Bhatt. Earlier this year, Kangana also took an indirect dig at Mahesh Bhatt and his daughter Alia Bhatt ahead of the release of Alia’s film Gangubai Kathiawadi. Sharing a note on her Instagram stories, Kangana said that the biggest mistake of the film is ‘wrong casting’. He called Alia a ‘daddy’s angel’ and Mahesh a ‘movie mafia’.
