The new Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 is available in a total of four trims: STD, LXI, VXI and VXI+. The STD variant with manual gearbox (standard) costs Rs 3.99 lakh. At the same time, the price of the VXI+ variant (top) with automatic transmission is up to Rs 5.83 lakh.

It’s now longer and taller than before, offering more legroom and more headroom. The new Maruti Alto K10 measures 3,530mm long, 1490mm wide, 1520mm high and has a wheelbase of 2,380mm. Along with the new Alto K10, the company will also continue to sell the Alto 800.

The next-generation K-series 1.0 liter dual jet gasoline engine is equipped in the new Maruti Alto K10. The 1.0-liter naturally aspirated engine produces 66 Bhp at 5,500 rpm and 89 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual and automatic gear shift (AGS) transmission. The company claims the new Alto will provide fuel economy of up to 24.9 km/l.
