Hero Salutes Heroes Of The Nation Project: Hero MotoCorp has started the ‘Hero Salutes Heroes of the Nation’ project under the ‘Hero We Care’ scheme. Ex-Military Personnel and their family members will be able to take advantage of this project. The main reason behind the start of this project is to salute the courage and bravery of the Central Reserve Police Force personnel. In this project, the company has decided to hand over a total of 90 Hero Destiny 125 scooters to the handicapped ex-military person who was disabled during the service of the nation. The company has already installed 2 extra wheels on the rear side of these scooters. With the help of these wheels, CRPF jawans with disabilities will not have any problem in driving the scooter.

Hero Destini 125 BS6 continues to be sold in India. Hero Destini 125 BS6 gets a 125cc single cylinder engine, which generates power of 9 Bhp at 7000 Rpm and 10.4 Nm of torque at 5500 Rpm. For suspension, telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers suspension has been given at the front of the Destini 125 and single coil spring hydraulic type suspension has been given at the rear. Talking about dimensions, this scooter of Hero MotoCorp has a length – 1809 mm, width – 729 mm, height – 1154 mm, wheelbase – 1245 mm, ground clearance – 155 mm, weight – 111.5 kg and fuel tank – 5.6 liters. .

200 identified CRPF families will get benefit

Under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Hero Motocorp and the CRPF Family Welfare Association, 200 identified CRPF jawans and their families will be able to take advantage of this project. For this, the company has also started a unique package. Under this package, a target has been set to help women from severely affected families during the Corona epidemic. The company will create supportive conditions to help the affected women of the family during the Corona pandemic and provide essential services such as food security and nutrition along with the education of their children. The company is also going to help children who have lost their parents or guardians during the corona epidemic. The company is also going to help widowed women during the Corona epidemic.
