Since its official launch on 14 November 2018, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 has proven to be one of the most popular and best-selling 650cc motorcycles in the Indian market. It is also one of the favorites among the well-known modifiers and customizers that exist nationwide. Neev Motorcycles has unveiled its latest modification based on the Interceptor 650. The concept motorcycle known as the Sultan 650 was designed by Navneet Suri (Designer and Founder – Neev Motorcycles).

Neev Motorcycles had this to say about the Royal Enfield Sultan 650: This concept has been on my mind for a long time, but I never really got a chance to sit down and bring out the beauty on screen. We named this design “Sultan” and it is ready to be produced for anyone interested. It’s basically a scrambler type of build, tall, dark and lethal at first glance.”

Design-wise, the Royal Enfield Sultan 650 looks really cool, and I’m sure Neev Motorcycles will get a very good response, and we should be seeing a production version in the coming months. One of the Sultan 650’s most distinctive styling elements is the side-mounted dual-pod instrument panel that’s bound to draw a lot of attention on the road.

Other key design elements on the motorcycle include a matte gray-black paint scheme, front USD fork, 3D Royal Enfield logo on the fuel tank, side-mounted license plate, and fat 170/60-R17 tubeless. Tires, all-black exhaust system, front wheel cover with Sultan moniker, clip-on handlebar, ribbed one-piece seat, all-LED headlights and taillights.

Apart from the stunning design, the Royal Enfield Sultan 650 remains mechanically unchanged. Powering the motorcycle is the same 648cc, parallel-twin, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine capable of producing 47HP @ 7250 rpm peak power and 52Nm @ 5250 rpm peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
