Kawasaki Ninja 300 sports bike gets expensive

Japanese automaker Kawasaki has increased the price of its Ninja 300 bike in India. Due to the increasing cost, the company has increased the ex-showroom price of this bike by up to Rs 3,000.

It is worth noting that the company has not increased the prices of its other bikes yet. However, it is being speculated that soon their prices may also see a slight increase.

The motorcycle gets a head-turning look, a semi-digital instrument cluster.

How is the look of this bike?

The Ninja 300 shares the design styling with the larger-capacity Ninja 600, Ninja 1000SX and Ninja ZX-10R models.

Some of the key features include dual headlamps, floating-style windscreen, compact rear view mirrors with front cowl at the front, sculpted fuel tank, sporty graphics, stepped-up seats, short tail section and upswept exhaust.

Apart from this, it has been updated recently with light body graphics and some new features.

Bike comes with 296cc engine

Talking about the powertrain, the updated Kawasaki Ninja 300 has the same 296cc engine as before.

This engine comes mated to a liquid-cooled, parallel twin, 8-valve motor with DOHC that generates maximum power of 39PS at 11,000rpm and 26.1Nm of peak torque at 10,000rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

At the same time, along with giving a comfortable ride to the ride, its mileage is around 25 to 28 kilometers per liter.

In terms of rider safety, the 2022 Ninja 300 is one of the few bikes in this segment to offer a parallel twin motor, which makes it capable of balancing and handling very well even at the highest speeds.

In terms of safety, it gets 290mm telescopic forks up front and 220mm petal disc brakes at the rear and gas-charged shock absorbers at the rear.

After the price hike in India, the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 300 price has gone up to Rs.3.4 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Let us know that in the Indian market, it competes with KTM RC 390 and TVS Apache RR310.
