YEIDA Plot Scheme: One week more to get a plot near airport, YEIDA’s scheme extended its deadline


New Delhi: An international airport (Noida International Airport) is being constructed at Jewar near Greater Noida. A residential plot scheme has come up near this airport. The scheme is under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). Now you can apply till next October 14. The last day for the first application has been fixed as today i.e. October 7.


Got another week
According to a statement issued by YEIDA, applicants will now have one more week to apply for this scheme. The last date to apply for the scheme for plots released in September has been extended from October 7 to October 14, the statement said. That means now applicants can apply till next Friday. The plot rates for these schemes have been fixed at Rs 18,510 per square meter.

More than 73 thousand applications were received
This project of YEIDA covers 477 plots. As of Thursday, 73,382 applications had been received for these plots. Of these, 50,523 have submitted their application fees and 22,859 application fees are still pending. All the projects surrounding Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh are currently considered very popular among the citizens. These plots are in five sectors.

Great madness among the people
Plots are being sold in Sector 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22D under this scheme. 16 Plots of 60 Sqm, 19 of 90 Sqm, 262 of 120 Sqm, 40 of 162 Sqm, 67 of 200 Sqm, 26 of 300 Sqm, 5 of 500 Sqm, 5 of 500 Sqm, 1000 200 Plots of 2000 Sqm and 120 Sqm Includes 262 plots. Huh. Apart from the Film City project, these plots are near the Noida International Airport. Due to this very reason there is great excitement among people about this project.

Only 10% amount for application
In this scheme, applicants need to deposit only 10 percent of the amount at the time of application. SC and ST applicants need to deposit only 5% of the registration fee. Successful applicants are required to pay 90% of the balance within 60 days from the date of allotment letter. Yedda CEO Arunveer Singh said money can be deposited by visiting the authority’s website along with the application.

Three options for full payment
There will be three options for paying the price of the plot. Preference will be given to lump sum bidders. In the second option, 50 percent of the amount will be paid in lump sum and the rest in installments, in the third option, 30 percent of the amount will be paid in lump sum and 70 percent in installments. If the number of applicants paying lump sum for the number of plots is more, there will be a draw among them.
