After Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot can become the Chief Minister of Rajasthan
Congress has called an important meeting of its MLAs from Rajasthan in Jaipur this evening. There is speculation that a decision can be taken in this meeting on who will become the chief minister of the state after Ashok Gehlot.
Till now the name of Sachin Pilot is leading in this race. Earlier Gehlot did not agree on his name, but now it is believed that he may be ready for it.

Ajay Maken and Mallikarjun Kharge will be present in the meeting as observers
Congress organization general secretary KC Venugopal tweeted that party President Sonia Gandhi has appointed Mallikarjun Kharge and Ajay Maken as central observers for this meeting of MLAs of Rajasthan and both of them will also be present in the meeting. The meeting will start at 7 pm.
This will be the second meeting of the MLAs of Rajasthan in the last one week and before that Gehlot had a meeting with the MLAs for a show of strength.
