Shiv Sena has been holding its Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park since its inception.
Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Thackeray camp has won a big victory and the Bombay High Court has allowed it to hold a Dussehra rally at the historic Shivaji Park in Mumbai.
The court also dismissed the petition of the Eknath Shinde faction asking the court not to allow the rally till the dispute over the Shiv Sena’s claim is decided.
The Uddhav camp has expressed happiness over the court’s decision.
High Court asks Uddhav camp to ensure law and order
The High Court in its judgment has allowed the Uddhav camp to hold a Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park from October 2 to October 6. The court has also asked the Uddhav camp to ensure that law and order is maintained during the rally.
Since the inception of the party, Shiv Sena’s Dussehra rally has been organized in Shivaji Park and for this reason, the Uddhav camp is being considered as a big victory.
