Local people also call Jonha as Ganga Nala, because its stream comes from Ganga Ghat. After going down 453 km, you will reach the waterfall. On the other side of the stream are Konardih and Duraisini villages.

Jonha Falls falls at the tip of the Ranchi plateau and is counted among the waterfalls of the sloping valley. The water in this comes from the Ganges and Raru rivers. Here water falls from a height of 43 meters.
