The lowest temperature recorded at Safdarjung, Delhi, was 5.9 degrees Celsius on Wednesday morning, amid widespread cold spells in parts of northern India.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), as of 6:10 am today, the visibility in the Palam area was recorded at 100m.
