Dhoni decides not to retire yet? Says “CSK has decided but…” when asked this

Former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni had recently grabbed attention after commenting that he may retire from the Indian Premier League (IPL). But now, at a press conference after the Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) w over the Mumbai Indians, Dhoni said “you have decided that it is my last season, but not me”. He gave this statement when commentator Danny Morrison said “This wonderful swansong tour, your last, how are you enjoying it?,”.

Dhoni’s statement made several hope about his future plans, with much speculation that the cricketing legend may not retire from all forms of cricket. Dhoni is widely regarded as one of the greatest Indian cricketers of all time, having led the Indian team to multiple victories including the 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 ODI World Cup. He also won several IPL titles with CSK and was an important part of the team’s success.
