Nitish claims support of 164 MLAs

Nitish along with RJD chief Tejashwi Yadav staked claim to form the government with Governor Fagu Chauhan and handed over a letter of support to 164 MLAs, including seven parties and an independent.

It is also being said that talks were going on between Tejashwi and Nitish for the last three-four months and finally got success.

Meanwhile, BJP sources say that they were aware of the move.

BJP did not try to persuade Nitish

Nitish made Chief Minister even after having 36 seats- Singh
