‘Raids like these…’ Arvind Kejriwal on CBI’s visit to Rabri Devi’s residence in link to land-for-job case

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor spoke at the inauguration ceremony of Ashram flyover in Delhi.

Recently, CBI team visited to Rabri Devi’s residence in connection with the land-for-job case, highlighting which Kejriwal said, “This is wrong. Such raids are disgraceful.”

When asked if he could see it in connection with the letter sent by many opposition leaders including Arvind Kejriwal, Uddhav Thackeray, Mamata and 7 others to PM Modi, the Delhi CM said: “It can be seen like that also. It is becoming a trend, that wherever there are Opposition governments, they won’t be allowed to function. They (BJP) use ED, CBI and Governor to trouble them. Democracy will go ahead only when everyone will work together, whoever has a government should be allowed to work there.”

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal also shared his views on the incident, pointing out Lalu Prasad’s ‘fragile health’.

“The CBI has put heat on Lalu. We all know his health is fragile. To put pressure on Tejasvi. The more the government does, the more people will turn against this government,” said Sibal. tweeted.
