PM Modi is all set to launch 5G services in the country on this date in October

5G services will start in India from October

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch 5G services in the country at an event to be held on October 1. The National Broadband Mission of the Central Government has given this information by tweeting.

The mission said in its tweet that Prime Minister Modi will launch 5G services in India at Asia’s largest tech exhibition ‘India Mobile Congress’ to be held on October 1.

The exhibition is organized jointly by the Department of Telecommunications and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI).

Indian economy will have a big benefit from 5G services

Let us inform that in the 5G spectrum auction that ended on August 1, the central government sold spectrum worth Rs 1.50 lakh crore.

The government has given companies a target to complete 80 percent coverage of 5G services within a short period of time.

Experts believe that 5G services will benefit the Indian economy by Rs 36.4 lakh crore by 2040. Sectors such as manufacturing, retail and agriculture will benefit the most from 5G services.
