An earthquake of magnitude 3.9 occurred 61km East of Katra, Jammu & Kashmir

An earthquake of magnitude 3.9 occurred 61km East of Katra, Jammu & Kashmir, at around 2:20 am today. The depth of the earthquake was 10 km below the ground: National Center for Seismology.

However, there were no immediate reports of loss of life or property as the intensity of the earthquake was low.
