Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to the people of the country to put a DP (display picture) of the tricolor. Congress leaders are also changing the DP of their social media accounts but that is something different. In fact, in the backdrop of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s request to the people to put ‘tricolor’ as the profile picture of his social media account, the Congress on Wednesday said that its leader should have a picture of the country’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru with the tricolor in his hand. Tricolor was not hoisted for 52 years after independence

Congress’s media and publicity chief Pawan Khera shared screen shots of the RSS and its chief Mohan Bhagwat’s Twitter profile, saying that Sangh people, now adopt the tricolor.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Bharatiya Janata Party.
