70,000 people received government job appointment letters by PM Modi in Rozgar Mela

PM Modi Distributed 70,000 appointment letters.

India: Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed 70,000 appointment letters to job seekers under the Rozgar Mela. All the applicants who have received the letter will be appointed to various Ministries as well as departments of the Indian government. PM Modi addressed the newly joining applicants through a virtual meet and had a word with them. He mentioned about digital transactions and other developments by the present government. The Rozgar Mela was held in different locations.

It was held in 44 locations across the nation. This process was possible due to the support and coordination of central government departments as well as state governments and Union Territories. While addressing all the new employees virtually, PM Modi said, “During the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’, when our country is working towards the path of development, it is a great honour to have the opportunity to work as a government employee. The people of this country have taken the resolution to make India a developed country.”


Phone banking scam

After he congratulation the new employees he talked about India’s growth in the banking sector. He said that India’s banking sector had been destroyed by the previous government nine years ago. However, now India is among the top countries where banking sector is considered to be the strongest. Taking a dig at the previous government, he revealed how ‘phone banking scam’ used to take place previously.

He said to the freshers that “Only today, we are able to make digital payments but nine years ago, phone banking was not an option for 1.4 billion people. However, few people who were close to a ‘specific’ family, used to call banks for loans worth thousands of crores. Moreover, these loans were never repaid. This ‘phone banking scam’ was one of the biggest scams during the previous government regime,”. He further highlighted that the next 25 years will belong to India. That it will be crucial for India as the country will be in the world’s top three economies.
