Apple iphone 14 pro out of stock, need to wait for 3-4 weeks to buy it

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphones are out of stock at Apple Store Online in India. Waiting time for delivery of this premium device has been extended from 3-4 weeks at the end of October to 5 weeks. This means that if a customer purchases today, they will have to wait until late December or early January next year to receive their device.

The same is true in retail stores. Both phones are not readily available in retail outlets in Delhi and in metropolitan cities. Wait times are getting shorter, but reservations are still backlogged due to insufficient stock. Some stores accept reservations with a down payment of Rs 2,000, while many others only do so if the customer pays the full amount upfront. Delivery is promised in 2-3 weeks in both cases.

The worldwide shortage of iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max is also seen in the gray market. Smartphones are accepted at Delhi’s Gaffar Market, but quantities and color options are limited at a handful of counters. The supply-demand imbalance has driven the price of these smartphones soaring to at least Rs 15,000 in the gray market. Surprisingly, even pre-owned or used units in new condition are selling above their official price, with retailers claiming unprecedented demand for Pro models.

Shortage is only for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are available for next-day shipping from Apple Store Online and are also readily available in retail stores.

Released in September, iPhone 14 Pro starts at Rs 1,29,990 and iPhone 14 Pro Max starts at Rs 1,39,990. iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus start at Rs 79,990 and Rs 89,990 respectively.
