Bigg Boss 16 is getting more and more exciting by the day. The game took a shocking turn after the departures of Sajid Khan and Abdu Rozik. In the last broadcast, ‘Mandali’ was put in a difficult situation after two close friends were eliminated. On Day 107, Sumbul Touqeer and Tina Datta battle it out for the nomination. While naming the latter, Sumbul stated that Tina had no involvement in the game and that her only involvement was with Shalin Bhanot.

A contestant had to push an opposing contestant into a swamp after saying their name. The nominated contestants are Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot, Sumbul Touqeer and Soundarya Sharma.
Nimrit becomes the ‘new captain’ of the house:
Bigg Boss announced Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia as the new captain of the house. The twist is that the captain will receive a ‘ticket to the finale’. For now, Nimrit has secured his place in finale week. Bigg Boss then asked Nimrit to read the house rules. He also noted that the current captain would be fired immediately if a contestant broke the rules. Nimrit’s announcement of the claim made Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Shalin Bhanot, Tina Datta and Archana Gautam unhappy. They strategize and plan to break the house rules to dethrone Nimrit. In the end, the contestant who holds on to this title will get the ‘ticket to the finale’.
