Page Six learned exclusively that the cast of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is undergoing a major overhaul.
According to several sources, Rachel Fuda will join along with fellow newbie Danielle Cabral as a full-time cast member for season 13 along with Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs.
Fuda, who joined the group through Gorga, will replace Jackie Goldschneider, who will appear as the cast’s friend.
Sources say they finished filming “a few weeks ago” and Cabral’s role as a “housewife” has always been clearly defined. Meanwhile, a third newcomer named Fuda, Goldschneider and Jennifer “Jenn” Fessler “competed” for a second full-time position.
We’ve been told that Bravo has been waiting for the next one. after To make a final decision, we filmed and ended up choosing Huda.
Fessler and Goldschneider will have part-time titles, but we’ve been told they’ve filmed as many as the other women and will be “introduced” throughout the season. It is also said that many of the scenes that were shot were in group settings.
One source says the 45-year-old Goldschneider is “unhappy” with the network call, while another claims she “feels good about her season.”
“No guesswork [Goldschneider] We are dissatisfied with the fact that the ‘Friend of Friend’ role is not true,” adds a second source. “She appreciates the opportunity to focus on her creative projects and her work as an expert in the eating disorder recovery space.”
Cabral joined the cast through Giudice, but she has reality TV experience under her belt. She appeared on MTV’s “True Life” episode, “I’m Staten Island Girl,” and was almost cast on “Jersey Shore.”
Meanwhile, Fessler was introduced to the group through old friend Josephs, who said she was “very fun and entertaining, and will probably be the best star.”
Bravo did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
